Paratha or Parontha (पराठा or परोंठा) is one of the most trendy Breakfast or Lunch Menus in India. It is cooked in many styles but generally in a boring way. Here is a very new kind of Paratha; Dhaniya Paratha that is very Easy to Cook and Healthy to Eat.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour : 3 Cups
Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) : 3 Table Spoon
Water : to make dough
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Oil/Butter/Ghee : to cook parathas
Method :
1. Make a soft dough using Flour, Salt, Water and Coriander Leaves. Cover it with a cloth for about 10 minutes. Divide it into 3 equal balls.
2. Using the Chakla-Belan, make Chapati like shape with these balls.
3. Heat the Tava (Flat Pan), spread the Chapati on the Tava.
4. Brush the Ghee on both the sides of Parathas, cook it gets Crunchy.
5. Serve Hot with Tomato Chatni and Chai!
